Jennifer
L. Howard is
an associate at LMPV's offic es
in Birmingham, Alabama. She has lived throughout the Southeast and
practiced at a litigation firm in Birmingham for several years prior
to joining LMPV. Jen represents management in a range of labor and
employment litigation, and she also counsels clients in an effort
to avoid litigation. Jen graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt
University, where she received a B.A. in Philosophy. She earned
her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating
cum laude. She has published a number of articles in such publications
as the Cumberland Law Review and the Alabama Lawyer. Jen is admitted
to practice in all Alabama state and federal courts. |
